The Chandigarh Fast Marathon aims to provide the fastest running course in the country to the participants to enable them to achieve their Personal Best and get BQ qualifications. The race is held on an absolutely flat course during the month of February providing great running weather.
In addition to the Marathon, the Chandigarh Fast Marathon event also has a Half Marathon. Limited slots are available only based on prior qualification timings

#Registration fees does not include GST
@ Participant must have achieved the following qualification criteria in any of the recognized races in the preceding 18 months from the race date i.e. from Aug 22, 2023 onwards. A timing certificate from an earlier date is not valid. You should meet one of the following qualification criteria before your application can be accepted.
–> For Half marathon: race timing of a 10K, Half Marathon or Marathon is accepted
–> For Marathon: race timing of a Half Marathon or a Marathon is accepted. 10K race timing is not accepted for Marathon category.
With the following timings
- Marathon: 04:30:00 or faster (female) & 04:00:00 or faster (male)
- Half marathon: 02:10:00 or faster (female) & 01:55:00 or faster (male)
- 10k: 00:59:00 or faster (female) & 00:53:00 or faster (male)

Important Points
1. Aid stations and Medical help will be placed throughout the race. Water, Coffee, Bananas, Gels, Protein Bars, Oranges/ Dates would be available at start/end points and along the race course. Hot breakfast would also be served at finish point
2. Time limits: There is an upper limit applicable for the races
3. Pacers: Pacers are available for both Half marathon and Marathon
