The Glacier Half Marathon is an annual race held in East Glacier, Montana. The course runs along the Eastern border of the Glacier National Park and ends in the front lawn of the historic Glacier Park Lodge. The route is extremely challenging but the views of the Glacier National Park, the prairies at its base and the Two Medicine Lake are stunning

Important Points
- Course type: It is a high elevation paved course with challenging incline. The total elevation gain is 1235 ft and max elevation of the course is 5980 feet.
- Bib collection: Race bib can be collected (1) At the Expo (2) On race day (3) Through mail at an additional cost of $30.
- Aid stations: There are 6 aid stations on the course near mile 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 12 (Exact location may vary). Aid stations include toilets, water, Gnarly Hydrate, Honey Stinger gels, basic first aid supplies, and sometimes more. Cups are not provided on course to help reduce waste.
- Medical aid: A medic will be stationed typically at the aid station at or near mile 9.
- Time limit applicable on the course -the runners are expected to finish the half marathon in 4 hours
- Race Photos: Race photos are available free of cost (via RunSignup) the Friday following the week of the race. Organizers send out an email when they post to the album. Past races are available via the link
